On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 14, 2018 No. 182 " On Approval of the Rules for Customs Statistics of Foreign Trade in Goods of the Republic of Kazakhstan with non-Member Countries of the Eurasian Economic Union"

    I HEREBY ORDER:

  1. To amend the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 14, 2018 No. 182 "About approval of Rules of customs statistics of foreign trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan with non-Member Countries of the Eurasian economic Union" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts under No. 16460 published on March 14, 2018 in benchmark control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan):

     in the Rules for Customs Statistics of Foreign Trade in Goods of the Republic of Kazakhstan with non-Member Countries of the Eurasian Economic Union, approved by this order:

     paragraphs 4, 5, 6 and 7 worded as follows:

      "4. Foreign trade statistics is published on the official Internet resource of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter-the State Revenue Committee): kgd.gov.kz.

  1. Foreign trade statistic is published by the responsible persons of the Committee.
  2. Sources of information for the statistics of foreign trade in accordance with the decision of Eurasian Economic Commission dated December 25, 2018 No. 210 "On approval of the Methodology of statistics of mutual trade in goods of the member States of the Eurasian economic Union and the methodology of customs statistics of foreign trade of the member States of the Eurasian economic Union" use the information contained in the declarations for goods and other documents, as well as other information of the territorial bodies of state revenues.

     Under the present item, other information is understood to be data provided by the territorial bodies of state revenue  in carrying out their mission..

  1. The information system includes the following subsystems:

      1) data loading;

      2) analysis of customs statistics of foreign trade data;

      3) publishing reports on the official Internet resource of Committee: kgd.gov.kz.";

      paragraph 14 worded as follows:

      "14. The Committee is implementing the transmission of statistical information in accordance with article 19 of the Code.".

  1. The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the procedure established by law to ensure:

      1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

      2) placement of the order on the official Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

      3) within ten working days after the state registration of the order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, submission of information on the implementation of measures provided for in sub-paragraphs 1) and 2) of this paragraph to the Department of Legal Service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan

  1. The Order shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication..
