Explanatory note concerning additions to the Act of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 3 September 2004 № 929 "On approval of the list of emergency medical, law enforcement, fire, emergency and other services, for which the connection communication services are free"

On additions to the Act of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 3 September 2004 № 929 "On approval of the list of emergency medical, law enforcement, fire, emergency and other services, for which the connection communication services are free"

 

The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Amendment of the Act the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 3 September 2004 No. 929 "On approval of the list of emergency medical, law enforcement, fire, emergency and other services, for which the connection communication services are free" (CAPG of the Republic of Kazakhstan 2004, № 33, art. 445):

the list of emergency medical, law enforcement, fire, emergency and other services, for which the connection communication services are free, approved by the specified act:

amend with the line, serial number 10, read as follows:

2. The Act shall enter into force after expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
