In accordance with Order No. 786 of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, dated December 18, 2025, 12 large enterprises subject to republican monitoring have been registered in East Kazakhstan region: Kazzinc LLP; Vostoktsvetmet LLP; Orika-Kazakhstan JSC; Ulba Metallurgical Plant JSC; Ust-Kamenogorsk Titanium and Magnesium Plant JSC; Ulba-FA LLP; Altyn Shyghys LLP; Oblshygyszhol LLP; Ust-Kamenogorsk TPP LLP; Ust-Kamenogorsk Poultry Farm JSC; United Energy Service Company LLP; and AK NIET GROUP LLP
For May 2026, the state budget received 29.2 billion tenge in tax payments from the aforementioned enterprises, of which 3.6 billion tenge was allocated to the local budget and 25.6 billion tenge to the republican budget.
The share of revenues by these enterprises subject to republican monitoring accounts for 45.3% of the total state budget revenues in the region, which includes a 5.6% share for the local budget and a 39.7% share for the republican budget.

The state budget received 121.5 billion tenge in tax payments, of which 13.8 billion tenge to the local budget and 107.7 billion tenge to the republican budget, taking into account the deduction of VAT refunds issued at the "0%" rate to taxpayers' settlement accounts in the amount of 2.2 billion tenge. The share of revenues generated by these enterprises accounts for 44.9% of the total revenue volume of the state budget within the region, comprising a 14.3% contribution to the local budget and a 61.8% contribution to the republican budget
