About the changes made on the payment of the state fee

          The Department of State Revenue for the North Kazakhstan region regarding the transfer of state duty in connection with the amendments to the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Budget Code) reports the following.

           In paragraph 1 of Article 49 of the Budget Code, sub-paragraphs 30) - 37-1) are excluded. According to the amendments, the state fee for affixing an apostille by state bodies authorized by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on official documents made in the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with an international treaty ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan, is credited to the republican budget on KBK 108125 "State fee credited to the republican budget", except for those excluded by subparagraphs 30) - 37-1).
