On amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan

 

 

         The Department of State Revenue for the North Kazakhstan region informs about the main changes in the part of public services.

By Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 26.11.2021 No. 1222 "On Amendments to Certain Orders of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts dated 06.12.2021 No. 25555) amendments and additions were made to the orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

          - from 16.02.2018, Order No. 208 "On some issues of the use of cash registers";

- dated 26.02.2018, Order No. 294 "On certain issues of Ensuring the Fulfillment of the Obligation to Pay customs duties, Taxes, special, Anti-dumping, Countervailing duties, as well as Ensuring the fulfillment of the duties of a Legal entity Operating in the field of Customs affairs and (or) an authorized economic operator";

- dated 28.04.2014, Order No. 191 "On approval of the Rules of the qualification exam";

- dated 10.07.2020, Order No. 665 "On approval of the Rules for the provision of Public Services by State Revenue bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
