Regarding the video clip posted on 02.03.2021 on the Internet resource "Tioline Obukhov GOK" under the title " Results of the month. FEBRUARY"

 The Department of State Revenue for the North Kazakhstan region regarding the video clip posted on 02.03.2021 in the Internet resource "Tioline Obukhov GOK "entitled" Results of the month. FEBRUARY " informs that on behalf of the Prosecutor's Office of the North Kazakhstan region, an unscheduled tax audit was conducted for the tax period 2016-2020 in relation to TIOLINE LLP.

During the audit, a discrepancy was found between the information in the provided tax reports of TIOLINE LLP with the information of the authorized body, the North Kazakhstan Interregional Department of Geology of the Geology Committee of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources Sevkaznedra in terms of the volume of extracted minerals.

In this connection, according to the results of the audit conducted by the Department, in accordance with the tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a tax on mineral extraction in the amount of 272.5 million tenge was accrued.

In case of disagreement with the calculation of taxes, the taxpayer has the right to appeal the notification of the results of the audit in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to a higher authority or court.

The actions of the employees and the head of the Department Kabdushev T. D. on calculating the amounts of taxes and issuing a notification based on the results of a tax audit in respect of TIOLINE LLP were carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
