In accordance with subparagraph 5) of Article 38 of the Water Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 9, 2003, Article 569 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 25, 2017 "On taxes and other mandatory payments to the Budget (Tax Code)», on the basis of the methodology for calculating fees for the use of water resources of surface sources approved by the order of the Acting Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 14, 2009 No. 223 "On approval of the methodology for calculating fees for the use of water resources of surface sources" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 5675), North Kazakhstan Regional Maslikhat РЕШИЛ:
1.To approve the rates of payment for the use of water resources from surface sources in the North Kazakhstan region for 2021 in accordance with the annex to this decision.
