CERTIFICATE
on the Ban on Export of Timber Products
By Order of the Acting Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 527 dated 5 December 2025, from 12 December 2025 a ban is imposed for a period of six months on the export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, by all modes of transport, of certain types of timber products (codes of the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity of the Eurasian Economic Union 4401, 4403, 4404, 4406 and 4407), regardless of the country of origin, with the exception of CN FEA EAEU code 4406910000 — Wooden sleepers of coniferous species for railway or tramway tracks, other CN FEA EAEU code 4401310000 — Wood pellets, provided that the country of origin is the Republic of Kazakhstan.
