The provision of affordable and high-quality public services remains one of the key priorities in the activities of the State revenue authorities. In the context of digitalization of services, taxpayers in the region receive the necessary services quickly, transparently and without unnecessary administrative barriers.
To date, more than 740,000 taxpayers have been registered in the Pavlodar region. Of these, about 18,000 are legal entities, and about 45,000 are individual entrepreneurs.
During the reporting period, the state revenue authorities of the region provided over 280 thousand public services.
The main indicators of the quality of service provision:
- 99.8% of all tax services are provided electronically through specialized online services and portals of government agencies;
- 0% of violations of the deadlines for the provision of public services were recorded – all requests were processed strictly within the time frame established by law.
The development of electronic services and the optimization of business processes can significantly reduce the time required to receive services, eliminate the human factor and ensure maximum comfort for both citizens and business representatives.
The state revenue authorities continue to work on improving tax administration and increasing public confidence in public services.
