On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 12, 2018 No. 160 " On Approval of Tax Application Forms»
1. Make the following changes to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 160 dated February 12, 2018 "On Approval of Tax Application Forms" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 16425, published on March 12, 2018 in the Reference Control Bank of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) :
in paragraph 1:
subparagraph 10) should be worded as follows:
"10) on the registration of a private notary, private bailiff, lawyer, professional mediator in accordance with Annex 10 to this order;»;
subparagraph 12) should be deleted;
appendices 8, 9, 10 and 17 to the specified order should be reworded in accordance with appendices 1, 2, 3 and 4 to this order.
2. The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, shall provide:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within ten working days after the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, submit to the Department of Legal Service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan information on the implementation of the measures provided for in sub-paragraphs 1) and 2) of this paragraph.
3. This order shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
