Regarding the importation rate of goods for personal use sent in international mail
In accordance with the decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission No. 107 dated 20.12.2017, from January 1, 2020, a reduction in the norms (which will amount to 200 euros and 31 kg) is provided, within which goods for personal use sent in international mail, as well as delivered by the carrier to the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union, are imported without paying customs duties and taxes.
At the same time, the multiplicity (within 1 calendar month) of the movement of goods to the address of one individual will not be taken into account.
At the same time, the Decision also provides for a reduction in the rates of customs duties and taxes payable in case of exceeding the above norms. which will be 15% of the cost, but not less than 2 euros per 1 kg of weight in terms of exceeding the cost or weight norms (according to Annex 2 to the Decision).
It should be noted that the above-mentioned freight rates apply only to goods for personal use.
