About issuing paper invoices
Dear taxpayers!
The SRC of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan brings to your attention the following.
In order to avoid data loss in the information systems of the state bodies of JSC "NIT", technical work was carried out to update the data storage systems. In connection with these works, IS "ESF" was unavailable from 16:00 hours on January 14, 2023 to 17:54 hours on January 15, 2023, which led to the absence of the possibility of registration of electronic documents by taxpayers.
In accordance with subparagraph 2) Paragraph 2 of Article 412 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Committee signed a protocol on the recognition of a technical error on January 16, 2023.
Thus, invoices issued on paper must be entered into the ESF IP system
by January 30, 2023.
It is important to note that when entering paper ESFS into the IS ESF, it is necessary to write out the ESF in the IS ESF Journal using the "paper SF input" mechanism.
