According to the Rules for holding competitions for occupying the administrative public position of Corps “B”, approved by order of the Chairman of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption of February 21, 2017 No. 40 (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), the competition commission DECIDED:
Consider the general competition for the vacant administrative public position of leading specialist of the department for working with taxpayers of the State Revenue Administration for the Uzunkol district of the State Revenue Department for the Kostanay region of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, category C-R-5, as not held due to the refusal of the candidate who received a positive decision from the competition commission, from holding a position.
