A survey to assess the priority of tools for the implementation of the Single Window mechanism was launched in the EEC

Currently, the member States of the Eurasian Economic Union are actively developing national Single Window mechanisms.
In order to apply a unified approach, the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission made recommendations on the development of priority tools for the implementation of this mechanism.
For objectivity, the Commission has prepared an information resource for conducting a survey of interested government agencies, legal entities and business communities of the member States.
The date of the survey is set for the period from April 25 to May 25, 2024.
The questionnaire and instructions for filling it out are posted on the official website of the Union in the section of the Department of Customs Legislation and Law Enforcement Practice (Activity – priority tools of the Single Window mechanism – filling out Questionnaires).

The survey is conducted on 16 instruments, divided into organizational, legal, technological and technical.
For each instrument, an assessment (indicator) should be put down based on a 5-point scale according to 4 criteria.

We invite all interested persons engaged in activities in the field of foreign trade (for example, persons engaged in foreign economic activity, as well as in the field of customs, such as customs representatives, customs carriers, owners of temporary storage warehouses, owners of customs warehouses, owners of free warehouses, owners of duty-free shops, authorized economic operators), transport andforwarding companies, carriers, logistics companies, express carriers, air and sea port administrations, banks and insurance companies), take part in the survey.
