Optimization of the Income and Property Declaration form 270.00

Since January 1, 2024, the list of information for reflection in the Declaration of Income and Property has been reduced (form 270.00).
The need to reflect income taxed at the source of payment (wages, deposit fees, pension payments, etc.), and information on acquisition and (or) alienation, and (or) receipt free of charge has been eliminated property registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In addition, the obligation to reflect in the Declaration of Income and Property (form 270.00) information on the sources of coverage for the acquisition of property is assigned only to individuals who are specified in the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption", namely:
- persons holding a responsible public position and their spouses;
- persons authorized to perform public functions and their spouses;
- officials and their spouses;
- persons equated to persons authorized to perform State functions and their spouses.
Currently, changes are being made to the Declaration of Income and Property (form 270.00) and the rules for its preparation, after approval, form 270.00 will be implemented in the information systems of the State Revenue Committee.
At the same time, due to the deadline for submitting the Declaration of Income and Property, you have the right to fulfill the obligation under the current form 270.00.
It is important to know that if the current Income and Property Declaration form (form 270.00) with the status "accepted" and "posted" is presented in 2024, then you do not need to re-submit the declaration of form 270.00.
Recall that the Declaration of Income and Property (form 270.00) in 2024 will be submitted by all individuals who submitted a Declaration of Assets and Liabilities (form 250.00) in the period from 2021 to 2023.
The deadline for submission is no later than September 15, 2024.
The declaration of income and property (form 270.00) can be submitted electronically through the "Taxpayer's Office" (cabinet.salyk.kz ), the e-government portal (egov.kz ), as well as through the mobile applications e-Salyq Azamat, eGov mobile.
