Desk control: bank accounts will not be blocked

The purpose of desk control is to provide the taxpayer with the right to eliminate violations independently, in this regard, the current monitoring system has been revised.
Starting from February 12, 2024, the procedure for executing medium-risk notifications has been simplified by eliminating the obligation to submit supporting documents and making decisions on recognizing the notification as unfulfilled. This was announced by Vice Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerzhan Birzhanov during a press conference at the Central Communications Service under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
All notifications with an average degree of risk will be automatically recognized as fulfilled.
From January 1, 2023, for taxpayers who provided an explanation of disagreement, spending operations on bank accounts will not be suspended.
The task of informing taxpayers has been implemented, the status of notification execution is displayed in the taxpayers' account.
We believe that this innovation will create favorable conditions for doing business, as well as reduce corruption risks.
