All mobile transfers will not be checked

The state revenue authorities will not check all mobile transfers.
Persons who have received mobile transfers from 100 or more different persons to their personal accounts are subject to CONTROL (important: no more than 100 transfers, but transfers from 100 or more persons) monthly for three months in a row. This was announced by Vice Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerlan Birzhanov during a press conference at the Central Communications Service under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In accordance with the current legislation, this is a sign of entrepreneurial activity
important: there are no restrictions on transfers to relatives, friends and colleagues in various life situations
Bona fide entrepreneurs who work only by bank transfer will be excluded from the scope of control. Favorable conditions have also been created for conducting and developing business. The procedures of tax regimes have been simplified – tax rates range from only 1% to 4%, depending on the type of activity.
