Citizens were consulted on the application of bankruptcy procedures

Employees of the Department of State Revenue for the Karaganda region held consultations on the application of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the restoration of solvency and bankruptcy of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan" on August 2 in the Public Service Centers of the Abai district, Saran, Shakhtinsk and on August 3 in the House of Culture of the Bukhar-Zhyrau district.

Employees explained the types of bankruptcy procedures, the grounds and methods of filing applications, the consequences arising after the debtor is declared bankrupt.
