Amendments and additions have been made to Form 913.00 (Declaration for Taxpayers applying the Retail Tax SNR)

The Department of State Revenue of the Karaganda region informs that the order "On approval of tax reporting forms and rules for their preparation" dated 21.07.2023 No. 783 has made appropriate changes and additions to the tax reporting form 913.00 "Declaration for taxpayers applying a special tax regime of retail tax".
The rules for the preparation of tax reporting form 913.00 are supplemented with paragraph 1-1 as follows:
"1-1. This form applies to legal relations that have arisen with
January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2022.";
item 1:
supplemented by sub-paragraphs 135) and 136) as follows:
"135) the declaration form for taxpayers applying a special retail tax regime (form 913.00) in accordance with Annex 135 to this order;
136) rules for tax reporting "Declaration for taxpayers applying a special retail tax regime (Form 913.00)" in accordance with Annex 136 to this order.";
add appendices 135 and 136 in accordance with Annexes 1 and 2 to this order.
