Announcement of a survey on the quality of public services

Dear service recipients, Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs, in order to determine the level of satisfaction with the quality of public services in 2023, an online survey is conducted on the Open Dialogue platform of the e-government portal (link https://m.egov.kz/survey/).

We ask you to take an active part in the survey on public services "Acceptance of tax reporting" and "Submission of information on the absence (presence) of debt, which is recorded in the state revenue authorities."
