"SalyqBot" includes services for unblocking accounts and tax assistance for individuals.

From 12/07/2022, two services of operational assistance to taxpayers have been launched in the “SalyqBot” Telegram channel of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan: “Account Unblocking” and “Help with Taxes of Individuals” (hereinafter referred to as the Services). ⠀

These Services allow you to send a request in "one click" to find out the reasons for the suspension of bank accounts or get help with property tax, land tax and vehicle tax. ⠀ To send a request for the specified Services to SalyqBot users, it is enough to indicate the region (region / city), after which, within 24 hours, an employee of the state revenue authorities will contact the taxpayer to provide detailed information. ⠀

To enter these Services, it is enough to use a QR code, which will automatically transfer to the SalyqBot application. Just point your phone camera or the camera of any browser (Google, Yandex, etc.). ⠀ Thus, another channel of communication between taxpayers and state revenue authorities has appeared. Now you can get information not only by calling the Contact Center 1414 (3) or by explicitly contacting the state revenue authorities, but easily and simply through online links and a QR code.
