Algorithm for obtaining the state service "Confirmation of residence of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

Acceptance of the application and issuance of the result of the provision of public services are carried out:

1) through the non-commercial joint-stock company “State Corporation “Government for Citizens” (hereinafter referred to as the State Corporation);

2) through the web portal of "electronic government" www.egov.kz.

The list of documents required for the provision of public services:

1. A foreigner and a stateless person who is a resident - notarized copies of:  foreign passport or certificate of a stateless person;  residence permit in the Republic of Kazakhstan (if any);  a document confirming the period of stay in the Republic of Kazakhstan (visa or other documents)

2. A foreign legal entity that is a resident on the basis that its place of effective management is located in the Republic of Kazakhstan - a notarized copy of a document confirming the presence in the Republic of Kazakhstan of a place of effective management (location of the actual management body) of the legal entity (minutes of the general meeting of the board directors or a similar body indicating the place of its holding or other documents confirming the place of main management and (or) control, as well as the adoption of strategic commercial decisions necessary for the conduct of business activities of a legal entity)

3. A legal entity is a resident and a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan - a resident - additional documents are not required. Terms of public service provision Within 3 (three) working days from the date of submission of documents by the service recipient.

When providing a public service through the State Corporation on paper, the day of receipt of applications and documents is not included in the term for the provision of public services. Form of provision of public services - Electronic (partially automated) and (or) paper.
