Citizens who are engaged in private transportation

Citizens engaged in private transportation need to remember their constitutional duty - the fulfillment of tax obligations to the state budget. First of all, they need to register as an individual entrepreneur, for which they must submit to the tax authority at the place of doing business a notification of the start of activity as an individual entrepreneur. The notification in the prescribed form is submitted in electronic form through the web portal of the "Electronic Government" or in person on paper. Individuals engaged in private transportation can register under the following types of regime: - Individual entrepreneurs applying CHP based on a patent. - Individual entrepreneurs applying CHP using a special mobile application "Esalyq-Business". - Individual entrepreneurs applying CHP based on simplified declarations - IP on the generally established mode. We remind you that, according to Article 463 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses", engaging in entrepreneurial activities without proper registration entails a fine for individuals in the amount of 15 MCI, in case of repeated violation - 30 MCI, with confiscation of items and (or) tools for committing administrative offenses.
