A new type of state duty has been introduced

From January 1, 2022, the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan introduced a new type of state duty for filing claims under the Administrative Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This was reported in the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. According to the amendments, when the plaintiff submits an application to the court for consideration of applications for special proceedings, applications (complaints) in cases of special proceedings, administrative claims under the Administrative Procedure and Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the applicant pays a state fee in the amount of - 0.5 MCI ( 1532 tenge in 2022). The payer of the state fee is the applicant in whose interests the case is being considered in court. Payment is made before the applicant submits an application (complaint).
