The anti-corruption standards of the state revenue authorities were developed in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Combating Corruption» dated November 18, 2015, Methodological recommendations for the formation of anti-corruption standards approved by Order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Combating Corruption dated December 31, 2024 No. 285 approved by order of the Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 22, 2025 No. 926 and establish recommendations, aimed at preventing corruption in government revenue agencies.
