Line of business report Office of Customs Control after the release of goods for 2022
After the release of goods, a subdivision of the Customs Control Department carried out 191 customs checks, accrued a total of TC&T in the amount of 3,967.2 million tenge and collected 2,777.3 million tenge.
For reference: in 2021, 227 inspections were completed, additional TP&T were accrued in the amount of 1,138 million tenge, 721 million tenge were collected.
Compared to the same period, in 2022, the number of customs inspections performed decreased by 36 inspections, the additional accrual of TC&T increased by 2,829.2 million tenge or 286.9%, and the collection increased by 2,056.3 million tenge or 259 .6%.
The largest violations were identified for goods issued by the "set-off method", in particular, mining equipment
