January – October 2024, 162 guarantees for the fulfillment of the obligation to pay customs duties and taxes in the amount of 16,968,192 thousand tenge were issued.
In 2023, 111 guarantees were issued for the fulfillment of the obligation to pay TPiN in the amount of 5,175,651 thousand tenge.

on 01.01.2024 to 31.10.2024.
In total, in the morning (OTS and OCT) – 262 PDTs, of which 248 PDTs were completed, the total additional charge amount is 863,953,171.28 tenge. There are 14 PDTS under control.
According to the control over the classification of goods
From 01.01.2024 to 31.10.2024, according to the decisions made on the classification of goods by changing the HS code of the EAEU, 245 KR were produced (29 KR before the release of goods were accepted at the t/p "TTO–Ak-Zhaiyk", 1 KR after the release of goods was accepted by the t/p "Energy" DGD for Atyrau region, 215 KR after the release of goods, it was adopted in the morning).
There are no payments for 8 KR, since the payment method is UN, for 43 KR there is no additional charge of TPiN due to no change in tariff rates for the newly classified code of goods of the Customs Code of the EAEU, for 194 KR additional TP and N were charged in the amount of 334,453.9 thousand tenge, TP and N were collected in the amount of 59,582.6 thousand. tenge.
According to the issued RCC (state service)
01.01.2024 to 31.10.2024, preliminary decisions were made on the classification of goods in accordance with the Customs Code of the EEC in the amount of 53 PKR. the amount of payment for the fee is 1,661,4 thousand tenge. 16 PKR were refused, the amount of payment for the fee is 66.4 thousand tenge (reasons for refusal: for 14 PKR there is no payment of customs duty for making a preliminary decision on the classification of goods, for 2 PKR documents are not provided). In total, 1,727.8 thousand tenge was paid for the PKR.
