The "Virtual Warehouse" module (hereinafter referred to as the VS) of the IS ESF is created in order to systematize the accounting of goods, automatically calculate balances and automate the business process of registering imported goods. Information about goods in taxpayers' physical warehouses, as well as all electronic documents used to deliver goods to the aircraft, move and write off goods from the Virtual Warehouse, will be stored in the ESF IC.
The Virtual Warehouse module automates the process of arrival and write-off of goods on the aircraft, including on the basis of a genuine DT or import statement. As a result, when processing the ESF for the selected product from the Virtual Warehouse, information from the DT, the import statement and the certificate of origin will be loaded automatically. The API interface makes it possible to integrate a Virtual Warehouse with ERP accounting systems.
