On the Operation of the “Keden” Information System

The Keden Information System (IS Keden) is designed to automate customs clearance processes and ensure electronic interaction with foreign economic activity participants (FEA participants) and customs representatives.

Currently, user training is organized at customs posts. In addition, video tutorials, a user guide, and answers to frequently asked questions are available on the official IS Keden test portal: https://test-keden.kgd.gov.kz/.
