If taxpayers do not reprogram cash registers by September 15, 2022, then such cash registers will no longer be supported by fiscal data operators. This was reported in the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2022, amendments and additions were made to the procedure for the use of cash registers with the function of fixing and (or) transmitting data (CMC) (to Article 166 of the Tax Code).
In this regard, within the framework of the working group "On the application of the CMC", together with the developers of the CMC and operators of fiscal data (OFD), a single Protocol for transmitting data from the CMC to the server of the OFD for transmitting information about monetary settlements with the CMC has been updated and approved.
On this basis, ALL entrepreneurs who use CMCs with the function of fixing and (or) transmitting data, models of which are included in the state register of CMCs, must reprogram all their functioning CMCs by September 15, 2022.
ATTENTION: from September 15, Protocols other than 2.0.2 will no longer be supported by the OFD! In this connection, we recommend everyone to update the KKM in advance to protocol version 2.0.2.
In accordance with Article 171 of the Tax Code, the reception, storage of information from cash registers with the function of fixing and (or) transmitting data on monetary settlements carried out during the sale of goods, performance of works, provision of services, as well as their transfer to tax authorities are made by the operator of fiscal data (hereinafter referred to as OFD).
According to the Order of the Minister of Finance "On some issues of the use of cash registers", the KKM transmits to the server of the operator of fiscal data information about monetary settlements according to the technical requirements and the form of compliance, the technical requirements of the KKM, which ensures the transfer of information about monetary settlements to the state revenue authorities.
