Construction work has begun on a new automobile checkpoint customs post "Alakol" of the Department of State Revenue in the Almaty region

On June 29, 2022, construction work began on a new automobile checkpoint customs post "Alakol".

In order to prepare for the start of construction work and carry out further construction work of a new automobile checkpoint, the customs post "Alakol" was visited by Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan B.O. Slyamov, Head of the State Revenue Department for the Almaty region T.D. Kozbekov and representatives of the construction company "NUCTECH ENGENIRING" LLP.

Upon completion of the construction, the capacity of the automobile checkpoint will increase in two directions by 1,100 vehicles. The planned completion period is 18 months.
