About the payment of the counterparty verification service

The IP "Register of Business Partners" was created as part of the execution of the instructions of the Head of State following the results of the expanded Government meeting of July 10, 2020 regarding the implementation of the item: "Ensuring the implementation of the principle of "due diligence" and the creation of an open integrated database on business entities for independent verification of counterparties."
The purpose of the principle of "due diligence" is to increase the vigilance of entrepreneurs when choosing a counterparty and to eradicate one-day firms.
The initiator of this project is NCE "Atameken".
In accordance with Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 4, 2013 "On the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan", NCE "Atameken" creates and maintains a Register of business partners.
At the same time, the State Revenue Committee transfers information on taxpayers only in the form of indicators in compliance with tax secrecy.
In addition, on the website of the State Revenue Committee at the link: https://kgd.gov.kz/ru/services/degree_of_risk there is a free service for checking the degree of taxpayer risk based on the results of categorization.
At the same time, the issue of charging for information is under the jurisdiction of NCE "Atameken".
The State Revenue Committee does not provide paid services in this part. All information available in the Committee and not being a tax secret is available on the official website
