Facts of illegal movement of car tires at the customs post "Altynkol-zhol" of the Department of State Revenue in the Almaty region

During the customs inspection in railway vehicles, the state revenue authorities found undeclared goods – "used automobile tires" in the amount of 3,365 units, with a total weight of 29,267 kg. These tires were subject to a ban on import into the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union according to the decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission "On non-tariff regulation measures" dated April 21, 2015 No. 30.

Used pneumatic tires and tires are listed in list 2.3 of the List – Hazardous waste, import / export to/ from the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union is carried out on the basis of a license.
