Submission of tax reports for 2022

Dear taxpayer (tax agent)!

We would like to inform you that due to changes in tax legislation, Order No. 409 of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 14, 2022 (effective from 05/10/2022) amended and supplemented the current tax reporting forms for 2022 (TNF 300.00, 400.00, 421.00, 570.00, 590.00, 851.00, 870.00, 920.00), as well as for 2021 (TNF 180.00, 240.00, 910.00, 920.00), 2020 year (TNF 101.03) and the Rules for their compilation.

You will be notified in advance in the news feed of the systems, as well as on the Internet portal of the authorized body about the phased publication of the new version of the reporting in the IS "Taxpayer's Cabinet", "SONO NP" (kgd.gov.kz ).

In this regard, in order to fulfill tax obligations in a timely manner before the publication of the new version of tax reporting, there are forms available at the time of submission of tax reports in the Taxpayer's Office, IS "SONO NP" and on the web portal of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (kgd.gov.kz ).
