A meeting on anti-corruption was held in the Department of State Revenue of the Almaty region
On March 9, 2022, a meeting was held in the Department of State Revenue for the Almaty region with the participation of the First Deputy Head of the Department of the Anti-Corruption Agency (Anti-Corruption Service) for the Almaty region Zhumabayev Zh.S., Head of the Department of Personnel and Internal Administration of the SRC of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Alibekov A.B.
The meeting discussed issues aimed at combating corruption in the state revenue bodies.
Despite the ongoing work on the prevention of corruption, repeated instructions from the management of the Department, already this year there have been cases of corruption and other offenses committed by employees of territorial and structural divisions of the Department.
Specific instructions were given during the meeting.
In order to prevent corruption, minimize the number of corruption and other offenses committed, it is necessary to take strict measures on the ground to prevent corruption and other offenses.
Identify corruption risks, identify corruption zones and monitor the quality of work performed at such sites, identify employees exposed to corruption risks.
Personal responsibility on this issue is assigned to the heads of territorial and structural divisions of the Department.
The task of the Department, its territorial and structural divisions is to form a culture of intolerance for any offenses in each employee. Corruption offenses do not remain unpunished, everyone should realize the consequences of their commission.
