Goods were detained at the customs post "Temirzhol" of the Department of State Revenue in the Almaty region

On January 18, 2022, on the basis of the customs inspection act, the goods of the consignee "G" were detained by the employees of the customs post "Temirzhol" due to the discrepancy between the number of seats and the weight in the shipping documents to the actually declared number of cargo seats and the weight of the goods.

Also, during the customs inspection, during the actual recalculation of places and weighing of goods, goods that were not declared in the transit declaration and shipping documents were identified.

The detained goods were transferred to the responsible storage of JSC "KTZ-Cargo Transportation" at the Dostyk station.

 

Based on the decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated April 21, 2015 No. 30 "On non-tariff regulation measures" for the goods "Metal slingshot", employees of the customs post "Temirzhol" drew up a protocol of detention of goods and documents for them on January 9 and 12, 2022 for participants of foreign economic activity with a total weight of 1446 kg. in the amount of 4974 US dollars.

Also, in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 05, 2008 No. 104 "On approval of the nomenclature (list) of products subject to export control", for the goods "X-ray equipment" on January 19 and 21, 2022, employees of the customs post "Temirzhol" compiled a protocol for the detention of goods with a total weight of 10949 kg. in the amount of 596,685 US dollars.

The reason for the detention is due to the lack of import permits in the form of a license or an opinion of the authorized body.

The detained goods were transferred to the responsible storage of JSC "KTZ-Cargo Transportation" at the Dostyk station.
