The eSalyq-Azamat "Tax Wallet" mobile application has been launched, where individuals and sole proprietors have the opportunity to pay taxes alternatively by replenishing the "Tax Wallet". In addition, it is possible to view data on existing taxable objects for property tax, land tax and vehicle tax, as well as send electronic applications to the authorized state bodies for the correction of data on taxable objects. This service provides the taxpayer with information about his current and upcoming obligations with the budget. Money from the "Tax Wallet" is automatically credited to the corresponding taxes for which tax liabilities have arisen. At the same time, tax payment details are filled in automatically without being indicated by the taxpayer, which ensures their guaranteed delivery. A service for correcting data on taxable objects by land plots has been implemented.
The "Integrated Database" (IBD) is being introduced, the purpose of which is the creation of a new centralized, updated database for accumulating data from information systems of the SRG (reception, processing, storage, updating and data analytics). The IBD will automate the processes of obtaining up-to-date information from authorized bodies concentrated in a single information database, form pre-filling of declarations with the identification of discrepancies, forms of tax and other reporting.

The most important trend has become the provision of public services in a digital format by default. We have been moving towards this since the 2000s of the past, when we moved away from paper declarations and made a qualitative leap.
In 2021, the most popular public services – receiving tax reports, issuing information about the absence of debt and receiving an extract - continued to be the most popular and are presented, as before, in 99 percent electronically.
All the work carried out to digitalize the tax and customs sphere of the SRC improves the quality of public services, which creates a favorable business environment, reduces administrative barriers for business and the population of our country, makes the state revenue system more accessible, understandable and transparent to understand, which ultimately increases the economic security of our country.
