Control measures suspended

Control measures have been suspended in order to support entrepreneurship as part of measures to stabilize the socio-economic situation in the country due to the introduction of the state of emergency. This was reported in the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

 

It provides for the suspension and postponement until February 1, 2022 of tax and customs inspections initiated and initiated by the state revenue authorities, as well as inspections of customs, other documents and (or) information initiated after the release of goods.

Thus, all inspections initiated by the state revenue authorities will be suspended until February 1. Also, before the specified period, the state revenue authorities will suspend the initiation of new inspections, with the exception of inspections initiated by law enforcement agencies, according to the statements of business entities regarding their own activities.

Also, until February 1, 2022, the state revenue authorities suspended the conduct of desk control, as well as the results of which the formation of notifications on desk control and notifications on the elimination of violations of tax legislation.
