The State Revenue Committee recalls the extension of the Pilot Project on the registration of accompanying invoices for goods (SNT) until April 1, 2022 when carrying out export and import operations in mutual trade with the EAEU countries.
Within the framework of the Pilot project, when carrying out export and import operations with the EAEU countries, it is provided for the registration of the SNT before crossing the border.
In order to control the registration of the SNT, the state revenue authorities confirm the SNT at the automobile checkpoints with the EAEU countries.
According to the monitoring results, it was found that since the beginning of the Pilot Project, when importing goods from the EAEU countries, 22% of taxpayers have not issued a SNT.
It should be noted that the Pilot project on the registration of the SNT is aimed at ensuring a soft transition to mandatory registration of the SNT, which will allow taxpayers to adapt to working with the SNT, set up accounting systems and interaction with counterparties.
In this regard, the State Revenue Committee calls on participants in foreign economic activity to register the SNT during the Pilot project in order to prepare for the mandatory registration of the SNT from April 1, 2022.
