On certain issues of transportation of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals

In accordance with the Order of the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 526 dated October 07, 2021 "On certain issues of transportation of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals", from October 19, 2021 to April 19, 2022, a ban on the export of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan by motor transport is in effect.

In this regard, in order to avoid possible negative statements on the actions of state bodies involved in the implementation of the passage at checkpoints of persons, vehicles, goods and goods, citizens are advised to familiarize themselves with the norms of the above order in advance.
