Regarding the update of information on the financial stability of a potential supplier

The State Revenue Department for the Almaty region informs that from September 7, 2021, the possibility of updating the information of state revenue bodies on the public procurement web portal on additional tax reports and tax payments submitted by potential suppliers, entailing changes in their financial stability indicators and (or) taxes paid (paragraph 447-3 of the Rules for Public Procurement, approved by Order No. 648 of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 11, 2015), is excluded.

This paragraph of the Rules was excluded by the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 863 dated August 25, which entered into force on September 7, 2021.

Thus, to date, the information of the state revenue authorities on the financial stability of a potential supplier of the previous year, provided for in paragraph 447-2 of these Rules, is updated on the web portal once during the calendar year no later than October 1.
