Registration of non-resident legal entities

The state revenue Department Almaty region informs taxpayers that the official Internet resource is implemented a functionality that allows to file a tax statement "Register as a taxpayer" in particular legal entities non – resident (tax statement) through the official Internet resource of the SRC MF RK www.kgd.kz.

Digital services in the section "Using the business" is a service for applying for registration of a legal entity – non-resident.

To submit a tax application, a taxpayer must register on the Internet resource, following the link https://kgd.gov.kz/ru/nonresident/register and select the menu item "Log of applications for registration of a non-resident".

The visitor registration function on the Portal allows the user to enter data about himself and save them in the system, in order to obtain certain access rights to the site materials and additional opportunities to influence the content of the site.

To register, you must enter the following data: user name, e-mail address, Full name, code from the image and click the "Register"button.

After entering the correct data, the system registers the user on the portal and sends an email to the email address. Next, select the menu item "Log of applications for registration of a non-resident".

In the menu item there are links to the following reasons for submitting an application:

- Registration as a taxpayer;

- Modification and addition of registration data without issuing a certificate;

- Modification and addition of registration data with the issuance of a certificate.

The application for registration of a non-resident is filled out in the user's personal account. Scanned documents confirming the information about the non-resident are attached to the application. After submitting the application to the authorized body, you must click the "Save" button, if all the fields are filled in in the application, a message about successful submission will be displayed on the screen.

Also, the journal of applications for registration of a non-resident provides an opportunity to view the status of consideration of the application in the authorized body, download the certificate of registration of a non-resident. A response letter about the result of processing the application in the authorized body will be sent to the email address.
