The State Revenue Department for the Almaty region reminds of the need to pay property tax before October 1

In accordance with the amendments to the tax legislation, starting from January 1, 2020, taxes on land plots and real estate owned by individuals were merged into a single property tax. Therefore, the accrued tax amount includes obligations on real estate and land and is paid in a single amount.

The property tax payment deadline for 2020 expires on October 1, 2021.

Before the deadline for paying the amount of property tax, you can find out in the mobile application "E-salyq Azamat", on kgd.gov.kz the "Upcoming payments" service, as well as Kaspi.kz and in the mobile applications of Homebank banks. There is also an opportunity to pay immediately.
