The tax amnesty applied to individuals who have arrears as of April 01, 2020 for property tax, land tax and vehicle tax, that is, the amount of the penalty is subject to write-off, provided that the amount of the main arrears is paid. Obligations on objects related to the implementation of entrepreneurial activity are not subject to write-off.
In 2019, penalties of 196.2 million tenge were written off for 49,379 FL. The amount of the repaid basic tax is 843.3 million tenge.
For 2020, penalties of 256.1 million tenge were written off for 127,607 FL. The amount of the repaid basic tax is 1,865. 3 million tenge.
