Carrying out the offset of taxes, payments to the budget, penalties and fines using the mobile application "e-Salyq Azamat"

One of the most important functions of the e-Salyq Azamat mobile application is the service of setting off or refunding taxes, payments to the budget, penalties and fines.

To set off the amounts of taxes, payments to the budget, penalties and fines, activate the mobile tax application "e-Salyq Azamat", then you need to select "tax wallet" and log in to the system.

Then we enter the "Overpayment management" section and select one of the resulting overpayments to the budget classification code to be OFFSET from the budget in the tax wallet.

Next, select the type of the payee – "for offset", then specify the details of the personal account for the offset, where you need to select other details, then enter from the pop-up list

1) the code of the OGD (state revenue authority);

2) The budget classification code from which the offset will be made;

3) Select the payment destination code (KNP) where there is an overpayment:

1. a) tax
2. b) penalty fee
3. d) fine

Then click on the "Continue" button, where the information "from where" and "where" is calculated will be displayed on the next page. In the "where" field, you must manually enter the amount to be credited, then click on the "confirm" button. Next, a message about the successfully submitted application will be displayed on the main page. At the same time, in the history of the overpayment management section, it is possible to view the tax application sent by you.

The application is considered within five working days from the moment of receipt in the system, in this connection, we ask you to send tax applications for offset or refund in electronic form through the mobile application "e-Salyq Azamat", the taxpayer's Office, as well as through the e-government Portal.
