On the web portal of the SRC, a service for submitting an application for registration of non-residents of legal entities is implemented

The Department of State Revenue for the Almaty region informs taxpayers that on the official Internet resource of the SRC of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the address www.kgd.gov.kz a new user-friendly functionality has been implemented that allows non – resident legal entities to submit a tax application "Registration as a taxpayer".

To submit a tax application, you need to register on the Internet resource, at the link https://kgd.gov.kz/ru/nonresident/register.

The user registration function on the Portal allows the user to enter data about themselves and save them in the system in order to obtain certain access rights to the site materials, as well as additional opportunities to influence the content of the site. To register, you must enter the following data: user name, e-mail address, full name, code from the image and click "Register".

After entering the correct data, the system registers the user on the portal and sends the message to the email address.

Next, select the menu item "Log of applications for registration of a non-resident".

The menu item contains links to the following reasons for submitting the application:

- Registration as a taxpayer;

- Modification and addition of registration data without issuing a certificate;

- Change and addition of registration data with the issuance of a certificate.

The application for registration of a non-resident is filled in in the user's personal account. Scanned documents confirming information about the non-resident are attached to the application. After submitting the application to the authorized body, you must click the "Save" button, if all the fields are filled in in the application, then a message about successful submission will be displayed on the screen. Also, the journal of applications for registration of a non-resident provides an opportunity to view the status of consideration of the application in the authorized body, download the certificate of registration of a non-resident. A response letter about the result of processing the application in the authorized body will be sent to the e-mail address.
