FORMATION OF AN ANTI-CORRUPTION CULTURE

FORMATION OF AN ANTI-CORRUPTION CULTURE

Among the global problems of our time, the solution of which depends on the further development of the state in our age of civilization and digitalization, one of the most acute is the problem of corruption.

In the context of globalization, it has acquired a new quality and transnational forms, new types of corruption crimes and offenses are manifested in many areas of society.

Corruption itself is a vice of society. It is important for society, society, and the younger generation to understand the negative consequences of corruption offenses.

The formation of a culture of intolerance to corruption is considered one of the most important elements of the anti-corruption strategy of developed countries.

Based on the conducted sociological studies of some scientists, it was revealed that out of 31 problems, inflation is in the first place among the population, and corruption is in the second place.

The indifference of society to corruption crimes and offenses is the same evil as corruption itself. Without the presence of an anti-corruption culture, strong immunity to corruption, it is impossible to achieve the desired result. Every full-fledged and healthy member of our society should understand that the fight against corruption is the business of the whole society, of every citizen.

The formation of an anti-corruption culture is an essential part of anti-corruption measures and should be implemented through a set of educational, informational and organizational measures.

Anti-corruption culture is formed in society by educating the people, awakening the legal consciousness of citizens, teaching legal literacy, legal education of the younger generation and, of course, solving social problems of the population that encourage corruption offenses.

Our country has already established a regulatory framework for anti-corruption measures aimed at combating corruption, adopted a significant number of laws and regulations, and developed strategic programs. The message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan-Leader of the Nation N. A. Nazarbayev to the people of Kazakhstan "Strategy" Kazakhstan-2050": a new political course of the established state " raises corruption to the rank of a direct threat to national security and aims the state and society to unite efforts in the fight against this negative phenomenon.

The security of the country, the security of nations, is the security of each of us, our children and the future as a whole.

Thus, the manifestation of legal activity in public life and legal literacy of each person plays a very important role in the formation of an anti-corruption culture. A high level of legal culture and compliance with ethical standards by the citizens of our country is the key to the stability and prosperity of the state.

The role of the state in the formation of an anti-corruption worldview and legal culture in society is very important. For these purposes, the state has developed special programs, a regulatory framework, and a budget for the implementation of relevant programs.

The dialogue between the state and citizens, the government and the population, citizens and society, united work against the vice of our modernity called "corruption"is important.
