Dear taxpayers, according to the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On determining the list of goods subject to labeling" dated September 10, 2020 No. 568, the mandatory labeling of tobacco products (cigarettes with a filter) and other types of tobacco products has been introduced in the Republic of Kazakhstan since October 1, 2021, and a group of products that are subject to digital labeling has been defined.
By Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 927 dated September 28, 2020, the Rules for Labeling Tobacco Products were approved.
The labeling rules define the procedure for labeling tobacco products by means of identification and their further traceability on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In accordance with the Labeling Rules, the Manufacturer marks tobacco products produced in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the requirements of the Labeling Rules.
The importer ensures that tobacco products produced outside the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan are marked before they are imported into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan or before they are placed under customs procedures for release for domestic consumption or re-import.
At the same time, the labeling Rules provide that the remains of unmarked tobacco products on the date of introduction of mandatory labeling are subject to sale by the participants of the turnover within one calendar year from the date of introduction of mandatory labeling.
Any turnover of tobacco products is possible only with the use of a 2D scanner, which reads the necessary data and allows you to transfer them to the operators of fiscal data. At the same time, if the entrepreneur already uses a 2D scanner, then you do not need to purchase a new one.
To sell tobacco products, as an alternative to 2D scanners, you can use the free mobile application "Naqty Sauda" (Android and iOS).
To support entrepreneurs and discuss issues, there is a Telegram chat "Markirovka Qoldau". For labeling of goods, a free hotline is available around the clock by phone - 8 800 080 6565.
