Pilot project for visual inspection (QR code)

To the attention of entrepreneurs engaged in wholesale and (or) retail trade on the territory of covered markets, trading houses, shops, pavilions!

The Department of State Revenue of the Almaty region reports that a pilot project has been launched on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a visual inspection to check the use of KKM and equipment for accepting card payments.

The pilot project will enter into force on January 1, 2021 and will be valid until January 1, 2023.

The rules provide for the inspection of the territories of covered markets, trading houses, shops, pavilions with the use of special video surveillance and (or) photo-recording by officials of the state revenue bodies on complaints received by the state revenue bodies.

As part of the pilot project for the administration of taxpayers with visual inspection, a barcode (QR code) generated by the state revenue authority is used.

You can get a QR code (barcode) through the Committee's web portal https://kgd.gov.kz/ "Information resources"/ "QR code generation" or by following the link https://kgd-qr.kz/ by entering the IIN / BIN, the registration number of the cash register in the active window, clicking the "create code" button, and printing and placing the barcode (QR code) at the locations of the cash register.

Taxpayers must place the received QR code at the location of the KKM.
