The option to select a special tax regime for retail tax has been added to the Notification form for the applicable tax regime

By Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2021 No. 268, the following changes were made:

1) in the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 8, 2018 No. 146 "On certain issues of tax and Customs Administration" - changes in the form of Notification of the applicable tax regime, in terms of adding a special tax regime for retail tax;

2) the order of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan-the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 20, 2020 No. 39 "On Approval of Tax Reporting Forms and Rules for their preparation" - includes a new tax reporting form (913.00) and rules for their preparation.

At the same time, the completion of the notification in the information systems has not yet been completed, persons who have expressed a desire to switch to this special tax regime can submit a notification in the form posted on the website of the State Revenue Committee, both through the e-government web portal, and by mail or directly on paper to the state revenue authorities at the location of the taxpayer.
